qcplink(http://qcplink.sourceforge.net/) is a small set of command line utilities which interact with Qualcomm Phones, starting with the QCP-2760 model. The utilities read the configuration/phonebook from the phone, write it to a file, and vice versa.
BitPim(http://www.bitpim.org/) is a program that allows you to view and manipulate data on LG VX4400/VX6000 and many Sanyo Sprint cell phones. This includes the PhoneBook, Calendar, WallPapers, RingTones (functionality varies by phone) and the Filesystem for most Qualcomm CDMA chipset based phones.
