Works with ndiswrapper. Do NOT use XP driver that comes with card (bogs down CPU). Instead use XP rtl8180 driver in "Alpha AFW-N411" at the ndiswrapper Wiki list ( http://www.alphaweb.com.cn/downloads/Drivers/WIRELESS/AFW-N411.rar). Works great with this driver in Ubuntu 5.10 on my DELL C400 laptop. `lspci -n` shows `10ec:8180 (rev 20)`.
