The stock card works without WEP. To make it work with WEP, I had to upgrade the station firmware on the card. See here for information on how to do it. The care is an 0x8002, so you will need the slxxxxxx.HEX file. I had to add a description for the card to `/etc/pcmcia/config`: card "Proxim Harmony 802.11b" version "PROXIM", "Harmony 802.11b/LAN PC CARD" bind "orinoco_cs"
