for me this card didn't work (I tried serial_cs, serial_cb, ltmodem_cs), but I have got a working card reported, too [WH]this card is distributed with the Sony VAIO PCG-F403, "MS-Windows reports: ati0 LT V.90 Data+Fax+Voice+Dsvd Modem Version 5.48, Requires the ltmodem package(http://www.physcip.uni-stuttgart.de/heby/ltmodem/) for support. Also required passing vendor_id and device_id to lt_modem module when it's loaded: modprobe lt_modem vendor_id=0xffff device_id=0x0440 && modprobe lt_serial, 'lspci' reports 20:00.0 Communication controller: Lucent Microelectronics 56k WinModem (rev 01)
