"can do PPP with it's winmodem using the Lucent driver available at Linmodems.org. There is one problem, though: you must be using PPP for kernel 2.2.14. If you have a later kernel (I have 2.2.16), you simply download the 2.2.14 version of ppp.o and slhc.o and use insmod -f to force it to download."
