Linux on Laptops & Notebooks with TV Tuner Cards

Please Help

The BTTV Mini-HOWTO by Eric Sandeen <eric_sandeen_at_bigfoot.com> doesn't mention TV tuners in laptops yet. Do you have any information about laptops or notebooks which feature such devices or TV PCMCIA cards working with Linux?

• Winnov Videum Traveler. The driver is maintained by Jim Zajkowski and Brian Noble. See also the manufacturer page for PCI/ISA drivers.
• "IBM Smart Capture", a driver is contributed by Koji Okamura ,see also the PCMCIA contrib packages . Most of the pages about it are in Japanese.
• Nogatech capture card , Linux status unknown
• NOTEWORTHY Notebook TV video card, Linux status unknown

Drivers and Applications

The IVTV project develops a kernel driver for Linux and a driver for X11 for hardware based on Conexant's CX23415/CX23416 codec chip such as the Hauppauge PVR 150/250/350/500 models and other supported hardware
