A Linux installation on laptops (or notebooks) with 15.4" (Inch) WideScreen 16:10 and
a dedicated resolution like WXGA/WSXGA/WUXGA may require some special tweaking
of the X11 configuration file.

To figure out a X11 ModeLine you may use tools like:

- XFree86 modeline generator (online).
- Colas
- XFree Modeline Generator (online).
- GTF
- XFree86 modeline generator, conforming to the VESA Generalized Timing Formula - GTF Standard.
- videogen
- creates XFree86 and/or fbset (Linux framebuffer device) modelines using hardware parameters.
